If you live in Bristol and you have been thinking about talking to someone, you are very welcome here. Maybe things have felt heavy for a while. Maybe one hard thing has knocked you sideways. You do not need to have it all worked out before you get in touch. You just need to be ready for a quiet conversation with someone who will really listen.
We offer counselling and psychotherapy for a lot of what life throws at people. That includes relationship counselling, grief counselling, addiction counselling and trauma therapy, as well as everyday worry, low mood and stress that has built up over time. We are integrative therapists, which simply means we draw on different ways of working and shape the support around you. Some people find CBT, or cognitive behavioural therapy, helps them with thoughts and patterns that keep coming back. Others get more from psychodynamic therapy, behavioural therapy, or a gentle mix. We will talk it through together and find what suits you.
Our practice is based in Teignmouth in Devon, so for most people in Bristol our online sessions are the easy choice. You can meet us by video or over WhatsApp from your front room, and it works just as well as sitting in the same space. If you would rather come in person and can travel down to Devon, you are welcome to. Distance is no barrier to good support, and where you live will never decide whether we can help.
A few honest reasons people get in touch, and stay.

We are integrative therapists, so we draw on CBT, psychodynamic therapy, behavioural therapy and more. We fit the work to you, not the other way round.

We work online by video or WhatsApp with anyone, anywhere, and we see people in person at our Devon practice when that suits you better.
Before you commit to anything, we offer a free 15-minute call so you can hear our voice, ask questions and see how it feels.
What you share stays between us. Online sessions are just as private as sitting in the room, so you can speak freely from home.
Every one of these is available to you, in person where practical and online from anywhere.
